I'm pretty sure that pulling out the SuperPass would freeze your game.  If you don't like the way it looks, why not install FlashMe?

Is their anything bad about flashing your DS like not being able to connect to the internet thing with some games? Also just to make sure, I will never need my superpass again to play DS games once flashed right?

We don't know anything about internet not working with FlashMe, but if it should happen that we can't, you can just flash back to normal firmware.
