Well, this is something that has been bugging me for a long time. I don't even have my DSL yet, but I already think about it.
Could it be possible to "mod" the dust cover that comes with the DSL to make it hold the SC miniSD chips and card reader inside of it, as if it were a "SuperCard Lite miniSD"? It could be interesting to try it out, if someone has a spare dust cover
I don't even plan on doing it, but I'm amazed that nobody has yet come with something similar to this. Come on, we've seen motion sensors made out of chips and ducktape...

You can't shave it off, if you try and shave off the sides you will hit a copper wire on the board.  The only way I can think of doing this is if you redesign it yourself.  Rip out the parts and put it on a new copper board.  Even then I don't think it is possible, you have your minisd reader and your battery already taking up almost the full space, no to mention the chips.  You can't have a 2 layered copperboard because the cover is too think to have a battery and a copperboard.

Oh, crap. Sorry, I didn't find anything with the searching engine, guess I didn't use the right words
It's a pity it can't be done. It would have been pretty cool.
