I don't care who makes the equipment, as long as it works.
This DS 1 works pretty well with the first software release.
It can only get better, and it's already pretty good.

None of the Slot 1 solutions work well with homebrew, until the homebrew people have time. I expect it will in a few weeks though.

has anyone tested FAT vs. FAT32 yet? just curious. I got my SCDS in the mail today ... will start messing with it late tonight, with Sandisk Ultra II.

Well, we really can't say that :) The DS-Xtreme has a VERY high homebrew compatibility rate and is a slot1 solution. Maybe the correct wording would be that none of the slot1 devices that handle removable media work well with homebrew..yet :)

It's all a matter of the homebrew developers recompiling with the new fatlib. The only thing that can be done on the SC Team side is to release the source code for the library. Hopefully the developers will grab it and update their software....or at minimum release *their* sources so that we can do it ourselves.

Nintendo Wii - cIOS38 Revision 12 (and more)
Madden PSP Slim v5.00 M33-6

Has anyone tested if FlashMe works?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Sarah,

Did you read about a programme that allows homebrew to work on any flash cart BUT it has to be flashed first.
Check this http://chishm.drunkencoders.com/DLDI/.
Sounds Interesting.

Hi

A few questions...

1. I know this is a bit silly, but say I am worried about accendently changing the saver type. Doing so and then saving would make me loose all of my save data. I know it's unlikly that I would do this by accedent, but all the same I must ask, Is it possible to DISABLE the ability to change the saver type?

2. I know this card doesn't completly support download play (no card short of the ds-x does) but does it support download play for more games then the slot-2 supercard does?

Somehow (I get this feeling often, and usually people understand fine.) I don't think I made what I wanted to say clear. So if anyone has trouble understanding what I wrote PLEASE say so.

For all the people with problems ............ use the latest loader v1.1, use a decent microSD card (Toshiba)

My 5 year old has been bashing his DS1 for 5 hours a day since christmas, no crashes, no saves lost.
If he can work it, I'm sure you all can too.
