I'm about to get myself a DS LITE and want to get a new card.

Price is not that important, but Compatibility, and speed is.

Should I go for the new SCDS1 or stick with Supercard Lite series?

If you MUST have supercard, I'd go for the SCLite... if you want a slot-1 solution, M3/R4/DS-Link are the best right now (in my opinion). A friend of mine bought 2 SCOnes, and he's very disappointed with them.

Either your friend hasn't put on the latest os, or has a bad sd card, because with the latest firmware, the scds runs as good as any of the other slot cards except maybe the ds-link, and has a much better looking UI than any of them.

My SCDS1 works fine with every game so far except Castlevania:POR and there are some slight slowdowns in Metroid Prime Pinball

I have a SCDS and I'm still using the SCLite, but only because of load times and delays when moving between areas in Animal Crossing (particularly when leaving an inside space and going back outside). Other games are all just as good, and some perhaps better, on the SCDS.

I can't stand the damn moonshell error on the Supercard DS.

If you can get a good micro sd then I'd definately go with Supercard One.

So far I have had 100% compatability, no errors, no slowdown (i havent tried metroid pinball) and my friend got one as well. we're both very satisfied with them. The touch screen occasionally messes up and chooses the wrong game but i usually use d-pad anyway.

I can't stand the damn moonshell error on the Supercard DS.

I dont think its an error at all.. it is probably just a picture used for future bootup info.

If not i get error on 20 different sd or microsd cards, and i dont think all are bad.
