So the superkey in the slot-1 can't be used?

I've a M3 (for my sister's DS), if i put it in the slot-1 and my SC in the slot-2, with the rom in the M3, it will works?

The Superkey is simply a NoPass device.  It launches the slot-2 Supercard in DS mode, but that's all it does.  You need a dedicated slot-1 device to launch the patched rom while the slot-2 Supercard acts as RAM.

If your sister's M3 is an M3 Simply or M3 Real, then yes it will work.  If it's an M3-branded Passcard 3 then no it won't.
