i downloaded the .rar file but dont know what to do with it, my other patcher  dosnt only gives me 3 options when i do the proprties (trim rom, ique, and unable restart) i know how to patch using the other one. i just want a better one.
please help oh and thank you in advance

You have to extract the RAR file.
A RAR file is like a ZIP file, but RAR compresses better than ZIP. You'll need a program like WinRAR or 7Zip, look on Google for them.
