seems it's been down for a couple days now :(

The ISP that hosts their web server is migrating to a new server.  All should be back to normal soon.

Their backup site is http://www.gbatemp2.tk/

I noticed that too. Maybe they are still working on V2.

Looks like they are never coming back. Not so much worried about the forum. I liked their main site with all the info.

gbatemp.net has been back up for several days but you need to add the following:

83.103.62.207  gbatemp.m4d.sm

to your hosts file.

You can rad all about it at their backup site, gbatem2.tk.  If you do not know what a hosts file is or how to edit it do a search for hosts file on google and learn something.

OK. Is it not coming back in regular form. Is this a permanent thing?

Email from them....

Quotewe are very sorry for the first 1 or 2 mails, GBAtemp was indeed back but it went down again...
our host (m4d -- http://www.m4d.it) have been great, they hosted us for free from the beginning!
But since we had almost 1 month of downtime, we just felt it was time to change...

We are now hosted by PowWeb - http://www.powweb.com !
