And Secondly On Patches It Says Something About "Enable Cheats" How The Hell Do I Do This...

Yeah it would be good. It sickens me that its taking so long for SC team to release a firmware update. R4 owners are enjoying this shit right now while we are still in limbo. Bottom line, those features don't work yet. Just ignore that until the next firmware upgrade. Hopefully it'll be sometime this century.
