Its called "Licks' Media Player" made by the pro, Lick himself. The sound quality isnt perfect and I believe he has dropped the project.

It's a shame too, I was really looking forward to the full version. He released the source code but I have no idea how to program so I can't do anything with it.

I hope someone revives it.
