Greetings All,

I have a curiosity question for people that save there games to a original DS cart.

Can you mix save games on the one cartridge?

I have an original copy of Mario DS, can I save another games 64k save to one of the other available slots so I can have saves for multiple games.

I am aware that I could just try this but I'd rather not lose my Mario save yet.

Are there any issues with using an original carts save space, I'm assuming not but I guess I should ask.

I'm not quite sure how it all works as far as slots go.  I use Madden 05 to play Advance Wars and I use to have my Nintendogs save on the same cart.  Sometimes they both worked fine, other times I would load the game and it would say that my save file was corrupted, and it would load a save I had made much earlier.

I would say if you don't wanna lose whatever save you currently have on there, don't risk it.

i think 1 cart only have 1 save slot...

i have proven this myself more or less... i plugged in my jump superstars cart on the ds slot, played castlevania (same save type as jss - 64kb), and later on when i wanted to play my jss, the save is gone... all my hard work dissapeared in the blink of an eye... :(
