Is it possible to put videos on a Supercard Rumble MiniSD?  If so, how do I do it?  Is there a certain file type?  Because I tried putting on a *.wmv on it, and it doesn't show up :?

You'll have to use Moonshell to view them, and you'll need to convert the videos to .dpg format on your computer first.
