Supercard SD with Gba SP

Hi,
Although I'm not new to Supercard, I've never used it with GBA SP before (had a ds lite with sc mini sd, had to sell, now buying GBA SP again) - so I needed to ask this. Please bare with me.

Is Supercard SD fully compatible with GBA SP in terms of GBA games? If yes, are there major slowdowns for many games?

I used to utilize EFA linker when I had a GBA SP back then. Now that I need to buy a new flashcard, I thought maybe I could buy Supercard SD instead of EFA this time. Any comments, suggestions and information is highly welcome.

Thank you.

If you want a good, solid GBA support, get a G6 or M3. They both destroy SC when it comes down to GBA, seriously. It's a pity, though, because SC's a fine and cheap product.
Besides the slowdowns, you can't save automatically in SC, you have to do a QPC or with a button combo.

Thank you for the answers.

I don't think I wanna pay the extra money for g6 or m3 right now. The only games I'd like to be playing now would be Pokemon Ruby and HMMFOMT anyway. As long as the Supercard SD works fast with most games, I think it'll do for me. So I'm assuming that Supercard SD is fully compatible with GBA SP, then.

I laughed SO hard when I read "HMMFOMT" XD
(Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town, for those who don't understand it)

Try getting an EZ4 miniSD they're as cheap as SC or even cheaper and have the best GBA compatibility from all cards I'm trying to get one but I live in Colombia and because of that is too expensive or simply I can't get it... somehow we're not important for the rest of the world...

EZ for best GBA compatibility, SC for best NDS compatibility... G6 and M3 are too expensive.

BTW HMMFOMT rocks  but HM for NDS suxs!

The GBA compatiblity for the SD version is exactly the same as your mini-sd was. (The system you play it on does NOT effect compatibility.)

;D Actually, HMMFOMT is 'Harvest Moon: More friends of mineral town', which is the girl version. :3

Yeah, exactly the point I'm missing. Since I only used SC mini sd with a DS Lite, I don't know if all supercard products are physically compatible with GBA hardware. That was what I was asking, cos I only used an EFA linker with GBA hardware before. So this is a very noobish question for someone who used Supercard before, I know :).

I will check out the EZ4 tho, it's just that I found a SC SD for like 30 bucks and it seemed like a good deal to me if it works with GBA SP.

HMMFOMT is the girl version yes, and it rocks :)

I finally ordered a SuperCard SD, after considering other options like EZ IV Mini SD. Thanks to all of you for your help.
