Well, last week I got my first NDS Lite and I wanna know how to clean it well. I've noticed already that theres a bit of lint and lines on my touch screen and a tiny tiny bit of lint on my display screen. I was wondering what I can do to clean it and also get rid of the smudges on the screens and on my DS in general. Can someone help me?

P.S.: I have screen protectors on my DS, and I also need help getting rid of air bubbles too -.-

To clean the screen you can use many things.  I personally use tape, it does the job well.  But QTips work great and the cloth works pretty well on small smudges.

Air bubbles usually happen when there is some sort of dust underneath the screen protector.  So you need to lift up the screen protector (with tape), then use tape (yes again) to remove the dust from underneath.  Be sure to check both the screen protector and the screen.

I have been using a drop of 70% rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball to clean my screen for like a year and a half and then I read that you should only use a dry cloth.

However, I have not had any problems with the alcohol and it works really good to get rid of funk and leaves a crystal clear screen.

Heh, I have been using Windex on my screens (every portable game system/PDA I have ever owned) for years. Never any issue, and makes the screen crystal clean. Don't drown it in Windex of course, but a drop or two and a lint free cleaning cloth will work wonders. What also works well is an eye glass cleaning kit. This comes with a small spray bottle and lint free cleaning cloths. Get it at CVS, eyecare section, bottom shelf, fifth item in (can you tell I work retail?) :)

Dude this is like the 50th DS cleaning thread I've seen. :P

Formula 409 works great on contacts, lens formula and lens cloth work great on both screens. Found at Sam's if you don't wear glasses.

I don't recommend anything alcohol based because it will put streaks on your screens. Plain old water works fine, not a lot of course.
