Would you get SCDS (one) or M3DS Simply?

Which one is better?..

I have the SCDS right now but I'm thinking of getting the M3DS Simply. I don't like the SCDS because it's not really skinable... and there's a chip under the sticker... and scrolling up/down the game list is kind of slow. :(

I like the M3DS because it comes with a replacement shell, a cartridge holder, and a microSD reader. Plus, the OS is really skinable. :) I would be able to use my SC saves in the M3DS right?

So what should I do? Keep my SCDS or get a M3 Simply?

Have you taken a look at the comparison on gbatemp (biased i know, but still worth looking at). I would venture a guess and say that both will improve over time. The SCDS1 should not get worse, only better. I would keep it if you have it already. That way you can keep it real on this site with an SC product!

The new SCDS releases don't have a chip under the sticker anymore from what I've heard.

That said, if you're going to get an M3 simply, get the R4 instead. Same chip, the software updates are released faster, and it's on average $5 cheaper.

Man, I bet a lot of people feel jipped, including me -_-
I brought their 2nd batch though so no PCB thickness issues.

I can confirm that batch 2 doesn't have a chip under the sticker.

I recently bought the Supercard DS One as I previuously had a SC-CF for the GBA which worked great. Incidently, the first card I was sent was a dud but he SC people quickly replaced it and this one works great with a bout 12 games I've tried so far. I suspect they had quality control issues (lack of QC).

R4!!! just got mine in yesterday made me forget all about my supercard.  With the new DLDI patcher homebrew works great DSorganize, DSaim, etc.  Games run very well... came with black shell and white shell and a fancy keychain.

got mine from www.realhotstuff.com  and used a 5% off coupon i found online shipping included it was a little less than 50$.  This is THE slot 1 to buy as of now.

Hi

SCDSONE!!! using that card, games will soft-reset WITHOUT patching software. Hard to beat that. The interface is also great.

Wait one minute... let's not start an argument.
