I cant see the whole patcher window while running vista, and thus cant convert games. The window is like this

ig removed, too big :'(

  :x Uh oh You should of looked before you leaped. ALOT of programs don't work with Vista.

kkan

ALL of my programs work for Vista. Including Trillian, Xfire, Ventrilo, Daemon Tools, object dock, adaware, ccleaner, and utorrent. All my games are compatible too. I found vista drivers for sound and graphics so no problems there. I haven't run the SC patcher yet though lmao, sooo...

...Works fine here. Try and reinstall it?

I think its because your DPI setting is Large size (120 DPI) or something. Try changing back to Normal Size (96 DPI).
(This is in XP; I don't know if Vista has this option.)

i've seen that in some xp systems, not only vista ones.
i'd appreciate romman making his software more "normal" visually, so there are no glitches of this kind.

anyway my personal  recommendation: if you have to use windows, use 2000.
i only use windows for my gb flashcarts and stuff, and 2000 is the one that spans more compatibility and less issues, at least in the flashcart context. (also, it's not as ugly).

I'd like the patching software sources to be made public, under GPL or whatever. That way it can be turned in a better application (come on, its usability is absolutely horrible, and its look as well!) and it could also be compiled for GNU/Linux, MacOS X, or whatever platform, DS itself included.

This will be particularly important when SC's apart from the SC One will be abandoned...

That worked, I have no idea why fonts were on 120DPI but changing it to default worked :D.

can't but agree with SukkoPera.
i bought scds1 just to avoid booting up a pc emulator with windows every time i wanted a new game in my card.

and i also got rid of that horrible looking program, yeah.
flashcart software has always been quite unusable, but for what i've seen supercard's patcher is the worst, and by far the ugliest.
