can i use my superkey to flash my friends ds? and how?

can i just put the flashme.nds to his supercard, insert the superkey and run flashme then bridge the sl part?

That should work, yes.  Place flashme.nds in a slot-2 Supercard, insert the Superkey into slot-1, and launch flashme.nds, bridging the contact when it prompts you to.
