EZV rocks especially when using the hybrid patcher.  I have M3 Simply, DS Link, SCDS One (for my slot-1's) but have gone back to my EZV because it plays flawlessly and very fast.  faster than M3 Simply.  Yes, you have to patch for that performance, but who cares?

Yeah, I was going to get an EZV, but I went with the R4 instead. I love it though, it's an excellent card.

So, no matter what sd card you have with the EZV, problematic games like PoR will run flawlessly if you patch it?

I might buy me an EZV in a couple weeks.

Oh, not sure about "no matter what SD card you have".

I only tried it with kingmax (60x) and transcend 512MB (80x)

I can try out a low speed one, and let you know.  i've heard it works great with regular cards.  I'll try with a taiwan 512mb kingston i have.  its a freaking slow card...

Can't you manually override the card speed in most adapter OSs to make them run artifi.....

you can set the speed however you want (for clean roms) but it will crash if your card can't support it.

for hybrid patched roms, there's no speed setting. they just run great. (the speed setting is ignored if the rom is patched)
