...um, what?  Doggy's talking about a RAM expansion pack that would allow for GBA binaries to run on slot-1 cards.  I fail to see how that's greed, as all they are doing is giving you extra functionality.  It wouldn't do anything that your Supercard Lite doesn't already do (unless you got the Rumble series of course)

Greed because the Supercard Lite could be use as the expansion pack.

Used as the expansion pack for what exactly?  You've got a Supercard Lite that already provides GBA support.  If you want to play GBA binaries on your DS, just boot your SCL and launch the GBA files from there.  Slot-1 device users cannot do this because slot-1 does not support GBA.  This expansion pack only provides the same playing capabilities that you already can experience.  

If you're talking about the Opera browser, you can already do that by patching the Opera rom and placing it on a slot-1 card.  It will use the slot-2 Supercard in place of the Opera RAM pack.

If you're talking about using extra RAM for homebrew, you can already do that.  Moonshell uses the RAM for processing large jpegs.  DSLinux uses the RAM to prevent crashes.  SnezziDS uses the RAM just to boot in the first place.  All of these capabilities are currently inaccessible to slot-1 users, and that's what this new RAM pack will remedy.

Could you please give an example of what you think the RAM pack will accomplish that you cannot currently do on your SC Lite?  I think I'm not quite understanding what you're trying to say, which is causing this confusion.

It will probably be cheaper than a SCLite, also people won't need to buy a MicroSD for it

What could an expansion do that your SC lite can't?
I mean you think its greed because... why?
If you have an SClite you already have the functions
so an expansion doesn't concern you.

Somepeople may want it. It isn't greed to sell something unless you commit false advertising.

Pesonally, I'd get this thing if it included a rumble pack. I REALLY want a ram and rumble in one.
