Is it possible to surf the net using just supercard ds one?

i've patched the browser file but it prompted me to off my nds. can anyone kind soul guide me? thanks

You'll need a slot 2 device. Even the real browser required it since it needs RAM to cache the webpages etc.

The DS internet browser is really painfull to use and limited in so many ways.
Be sure that you want to put money and effort in it.

the slot-2 supercard is what I reccoment. It does it's job of running opera for a low price AND allows you to play some gba games!

By the Keroro, I love the browser. I think it's really cool. I love browsing the internet and chatting on this site with it.

Just make sure you don't get a Supercard Rumble or M3 Pro. They are cheaper, but they have the RAM removed, which you need for the browser.

Because the DS has 4 megs of RAM, most of which is going to be used for the browser, and thus leaves nothing open for storing the webpages... Unless you like downloading images over and over again each time you scroll up and down ^_^

o_O how is that even possible? It should complain about the fact that there's no RAM pack inserted, and force you to shut down. It shouldn't be able to function without some form of RAM in slot-2. Is this a modified ROM or something?

You guys are right, my SC is being used as RAM. I thought you guys were saying the patched browser file had to be ON the Supercard. When I tried it that way it didn't work, but as soon as I copied it to my R4DS and tried it worked. After reading some more of your replied I took the SuperCard out and sure enough it wouldn't boot. :oops:
