Hey guys I want to know what's DLDI and which solutions support it.

And another thing, where can I find documentation to start programming for DS?

Read that if you want to know about DLDI.

From the way you're talking you either have

A: Very little experience with the DS hardware or

B: Little to know programming experience at all.

For A I'd recommend you read through that wiki site as it'll teach you a lot about DS and GBA hardware

For B I'd recommend you start simple, try learning C as it's a language commonly used for GBA and DS games. Work up from that.
