Hi,
i have this problem, my friend seemed to bent the pins for a supercard. he says that they are ben't at 45 degress, and one of the pins are all the way down.
I want to know how do i fix this. Do i have to take the supercard CF apart?

With the blown fuse, i already fixed it but i want to know if there is any dangers of not having F2 in the NDS

You will need to use a carpenter knife (or something) to cut one side of you SCCF case along the seam that holds the top and bottom part of the case together.  By only splitting one side of the case the procedure will be easier and there will be no need to glue the case back together. Splitting one side will allow the PCB to be removed without having to completely separate the top and bottom halves of the case. Once you have the PCB removed then you will want to carefully straighten the bent pins. Then slip the PCB back into the shell for testing.

Bridging F1 or F2 with solder and wire removes the circuit protection normally provided by the fuses.  However, in my experience a DS will not be damaged if another short occurs and power is quickly removed. Obviously if a short occurs and power is not removed then the DS could be damaged after a period of time.

what would be the first thing to be damaged?

I'm not sure, perhaps the battery. I haven't had any problems as a result of bridging the fuses. Good luck trying to find/solder a replacment fuse.
