I got my r4 ds today and after i went home, i insert the microsd inside the adapter to my com. I created 1 folder named 'games' inside the memory card and then i then copied 1 of the rom which i downloaded into the sd card and it shows sort of incorrect directory. After which, i exit the folder and double click on the memory card folder and it says that it need to be formatted.

I right click and chose format under fat and fat32 and this is what it shows:

Its almost certainly a problem with the SD card / your card reader.

if it's in this case, can i replace for a new one? cos i jus bought today.

Surely, the problem as nothting to o with the R4DS.  You either hav e defct card reader and the card itself.  Try to use another card reader and depending on the result, you'll know wich one is defect.  If it was purchased as a bundle, stop right here and go get a replacement!
