Hey guys,

Has anyone had any luck with 3rd party replacement batteries?  I've been using my DS Lite a lot recently (along with a SuperCard Lite), and have noticed the battery doesn't seem to last that long.  Not sure exaclty how long it lasts, but I can run it down during a days play (on and off).  I play with the 3rd brightness setting, and never have the volume more than half way.

I got hold of a 1600mAh battery from eBay, but I think I may have been ripped off.  It's made by 'PEGA' - never heard of them before.  Anywho, it only seemed to take about 2 hours to charge, and after testing last night it only gave just over 2 hours play time!  About an hour of that was offline, and the remaining time was spend playing MK through the WFC.
That doesn't seem right at all!  Makes me think that it's a cheap Chinese knock-off...

Can anyone recommend a good quality, high power, 3rd party battery?

Wow you got a good deal on your pega battery, I got one too and it works for about 30 min and turns off whenever it feels like.  And thats on the lowest brightness settings just playing normal games.  I dont know of any 3rd party battery but if you turn your brightness down even 1 setting it will last a few more hours.

I paid around $12 for mine.  I think he is looking for one with higher compacity.

Well, thanks for the advice!  Surely there must be a reliable 3rd party battery manuafcturer though?

And yes, I am after a higher capacity battery...
