You can't play GBA games on a slot 1 mod cart, only a slot 2 mod cart.

Scrappy, welcome to scdev!

The SCDS1 cannot run gba roms, you need a slot 2 supercard to do that (note that SCrumble cannot run gba roms).

jmr

you can load GBA games from a SCDS1 over to a slot2 supercard
is that what you mean??

You need a Supercard (with or without SD/CF flash memory) in slot2 to run GBA games. Simply copy your GBA game to your SCDS1 flash memory and press A from within the SCDS1 menu.  The OS will transfer the ROM to the RAM in your slot2 and then run it. Press B if you want to set up GBA linkage.

have you tried the gba union, does it transfer the gba save ram file to the slot 2  supercard too ?

I haven't tried GBA union other than watching the ROM load into GBA memory and then return to the OS. People have reported it working.
