Is they a way to view a PDF using an app or something on myR4?

No, unless you convert it to some image that works on MoonShell or other homebrew like PNG/JPEG/GIF

you could also try to convert the PDF to a TXT file using various programs... then you can read it on Moonshell or DSorganize
