SuperCardStore

As the SuperCard Team have have not charged me extra for this latest batch, which now has re-designed packaging and a free USB Micro-SD reader/writer, I see no reason to alter my selling price.
Please note, the DS ONE does not come with a CD!  At least this batch I have here does not, and they are the latest version, with the free micro-SD reader.  Also, the packaging (which is sealed with adhesive tape) does not contain a space for a CD (i.e. no indent), although one would fit in there.

I sell a lot of flashcarts and the first thing most users do is throw away the CD included with some of them and get the latest files direct from the web.

it's a new revised version, supercard made a mess of the first version.

Kms, where is your info coming from? This isn't a revised version at all; It just has better packaging.

I just ordered it, I was kinda waiting for them to work out the kinks of the first batch before ordering. I hear tell of a SC DS Two, but bah, whatevers to that. The SuperCard team has always found a way to keep the older hardware upgradeable.

I should be getting mine tomorrow, I will post impressions, fixes, and photos.

my sources are from hong kong.

yes the packing is newer to promote sales, but the PCB has also been redesigned.

also just one question, ppl mention that they have three colours to denote the version chinese, japanese and english.
and this version uses the same f/w as the old version, I just sold my old one, and in the menu it allows you to change languages.

Well, I received my new revised ( more like repackaged) SCDS 1. :D

So what's the big improvement:
1. The packaging looks great
2. The build quality is much better
3. It comes with a card reader.

From what I can see, those are the only improvements to the new (version 2) SCDS 1.  It still uses the same old firmware and they still have not addressed the SCDS 1's main problem; it's still picky with micro sd that you use. I tried a kingston (Taiwan) micro sd and it's still had the same problems ( It is too slow! SC DS will not support it!). It still works great if you use a made in Japan micro sd.

To sum it up, the new revised SCDS 1 was just a repackaged and cosmetically improved old SCDS 1. :(

Wait, so does it still have the chip sticking out, and does the casing fit better on DS's?  The SCDS ONE I had (I'm sending it back in because it doesn't work anymore) you had to push at a specific place to get it out, at one point it got stuck, does that still happen?

O and is the english still kinda crappy?  :)

The chip doesn't stick out as much, but you can still feel a little bit of the chip sticking out. Also, you still have to press down hard to get the SCDS out of your DS, but it doesn't get stuck.

The Engrish is never better.

Got mine, but since I was a little late with the pics, I'll just comment.

My SC DS1 still makes scraping sounds when ejecting.
The chip no longer sticks out, but it still isn't covered by the shell :(
On the other hand, the plastic shell has better build quality over the 1st batch. Just like a real DS cart.
