Dont you have a warranty? Just give it back to the shop and they send it to Nintendo to fix it.

Hey dude it seems like the locking device on the ds slot might be broken or maybe miss alligned.  I havent heard of this issue before did you try and load the pass me in the wrong way or something ?? I can only think of opening the device and checking where the ds cart gets inserted to see if you can see anything that looks like it could be causing the problem. If you cant find anything i guess u could use some electrical tape to hold the cart in place. Not the answer you might be looking for but it sound slike the locking mechanisim might have broken. :(

Well on a + note if you flashed your NDS using FLASHME with a compatible WIFI card (See tutorial) You could still load Files to your supercard without the need of any device in the ds slot using the new Firmware.
Maybe that worth considering.

and now Someone for my Problem
It is just the way the passkey is made, the latch that holds the games in the slot got closed, and somehow the passkey slipped by it and its now closed with nothing in it. Fiddle with your superpass, it will be the only simple way to fix it - likely what happened is the superpass got pulled out wrather than pushed in first, before pulling it out.

Give it a go dude

Check the previous posts on this subject. Some people have managed to fix the problem, but I did a return as I could not.

Check your Passme- does it have a groove down the side as the games do?

Its not so difficult to open the DS and manually release the latch, but if you have warranty I dont recommend it (its also a bi**h to remove the DS slot shield metal).

A screwdriver and a flashlight may come in handy to try and inspect the latch to see if it is indeed pushed to the inside or not, and push on it to release with the screwdriver if it is stuck in...

description of what you are looking at in the slot:
(looking from the back with the top screen of the DS facing up)
on the left side is a little metal springsteel piece and a little plastic part sticking out farther in, these are all connected together and slide on a track, and are held open with a spring.

When its pushed in (and stuck down) the little plastic piece will be behind the depth of the contacts that connect the DS to the cart. Pushing on the slider with even a short screwdriver will unlock it.

hope that helps, I took a screwdriver to mine to be able to explain better, and once you see the part that moves, you dont need to insert anything long as its actually fairly close to the slots opening.
