convert Action Replay Max DS (.duc, .dst) to sc save?

hi there
is there a tool to convert .duc and .dst save files to a sc save?

thx for the link.
i wanted to convert a .dst save file to .nds but after dragging the file to the max2sc, it came out as .dst.out
can i replace the .dst.out to .sav? or do i need another program?
