if you read my thread thank you!...

can u be a little more specific? some patches only require you to drag the .nds file onto the patch but the others require you to use command prompt.

First, extract all the trainer .zip file contents to a folder, and put the ROM in it too (uncompressed).

Download and install CmdHere, right click the folder from Explorer, and select CmdHere. A DOS box should pop up.

Open the .nfo file with Notepad and set the font to Terminal (or download and open with jane if you want to do things properly ;)). Read the instructions for the patch command. I believe for most DS trainers it's:

bspatch game.nds game_trained.nds patch.bdf

Filenames need to be whatever your ones are. Press Enter when done.

game_trained.nds (or whatever you named it) now has the trainer applied! Remember, if your ROM filename has spaces in it, put quotes before and after the filename when you type in the command, like this: "Supa Game DS (U).nds"

There's not much trainers for DS games, but here's a complete list:

Try LunarIPS for IPS patches. I use Neill Corlett's uips myself, but that's a commandline tool (like BSPatch).
