Well, here are mine:

Recalibration of the touch screen
brightness adjustments (which Moonshell 1.6/7 supports now)
Skinning of the top screen (built-in no hacks)
Internal (OS) changing of the skin (so you don't need to run to your computer)

Make it so you get a warning that the game is loading, even when you close that little info window. Also make it so the scrollbar is bigger!

Make the default save size 4M so people will stop bitching about having to set the save size manually. lol

I guess it isn't completely SuperCard's fault, but the damn Moonshell error/warning page at the startup is annoying. I'm hesitant to show people how cool it is when the first thing they'll see is an Error screen.

Wow I just did some experimenting and you're right! I bet a lot of people don't know that holding select and pressing R increases the brightness. Thanks.
