Hi I got it to work.

Use the (E) version (USA Dosnt work)

And you have to patch with NDSPatcher.

Then you can play it

for having saves you can first make a "SC version" that not work but create a Save file anymore, then patch the clean rom with NDSpatcher

put the save file and Fifa patched on your SD card and then you can save your wonderful victories
