1 - Doesn't exist improvement to the GBA users?
2 - After updated... its necessary to re-patch the games?
3 - This firmware increases the compatibility list of GBA games?

1) Don't know.
2) Probably, cuz you need to repatch them for the DS, but maybe not cuz NDS is always in WIP.
3) Don't know.
