PLEASE HELP! Rom's don't work...

I need help… I got the cyclods and a passcard and everything works great, except for some roms. I patch the roms with the proper software, and some work… but others, when I start them, just stay white, and nothing starts! Can someone help me fix this please!?

Are you using the updated Cyclo patch program ? They must have an official site with updated software.

Yeah... I downloaded the patching software from the cyclo ds website.
Some roms work, like Lost in Blue, Dragon Ball, etc... but others like Pokemon Ranger and stuff I can't get working, even after patching. I just start the rom on the DS and the screen stays white... :?
I don't get it...

can you not use the supercard patching software on a cyclods??
or is it the other way round cause its just a clone of the supercard

I really don't understand much of this... but I think I can't use other softwares. I've read throughout the web that the cyclo ds only works with it's own software... but it doesn't even let some roms work... :?

The CycloDS is pretty much an exact copy of the Supercard, and I've heard reports that you can use the Supercard patching software for it and it will work fine. Grab the latest Supercard software and the updated ndsrominfo.dat file from the Supercard website and try patching again. Make sure you check a compatibility list to see if any special settings need to be set for that game. You can access the options for each game you patch by double-clicking the rom name.

Guys, I tried the Supercard software, but it still doesn't work... games still stay white. Maybe I did something wrong. Can someone please walk me through everything... from installing to patching!? Or mayvbe if there is a different way to resolve this... please help me!!! :?

oh yeah your SD card is formatted FAT(FAT16), correct?

Mine is FAT... but it's FAT 32. Does that make any difference?

Yes, it makes a huge difference, as slot-2 Supercards and CycloDS units can only handle FAT/FAT16 (same thing, different names). Copy your data off the card and format it in FAT format.

Well, I didn't do any of that and guess what... I got ALL the roms working. =P all I had to do was enable trim on all roms. For anyone with the same problem as me, before patching, click your right mouse button on the rom, go to settings, and press enable trim. Until now, it has worked on all my roms.
