Im using the latest version of moonshell And i converted videos into dpg files. when I play the file the audio sampling rate seems to change for like 1 second and it becomes normal again. (the sound is different) THis is really bugging me. I'm wondering if this is normal or if there are some options i can change to fix this.

Do you mean that every minute or so, you hear the audio change for a split second?  I have that issue as well, and I have no idea how to fix it.  I can't really describe the change, as it's difficult to determine what's happening.  It almost seems more "surround sound" for that split second or something.
