Recently, whenever I turn on My NDS lite, instead of going straight to the Supercard boot menu, the DS ignores the superkey and boots straight to the normal menu. The DS says "there is no card inserted in slot 1".

Is my superkey malfunctioning?

If it is...

Should I get a new super key or just sell my supercard lite and buy a slot 1 device?

Or you could buy a slot 1 device to pair up with your Supercard Lite.

My EZ5 has the ability to act as a Superkey so if you do get one there is no need to sell the Supercard until someone releases the perfect slot-1.

You could also install FlashMe to remove the need for the Superkey.

Do regular DS cartridges do this as well?  It might be the DS slot itself, not just the Superkey.

This happened once for me. Resetting it seemed to work. I never get the problem anymore.
