Is there a way to make a game play faster? i got animal crossing yesterday and when I leave a shop it takes 21 seconds to load.

Thats Weird I never get that, I remember a topic a while ago about shoody FPS in animal crossing, If thats what's happaning to you then you should check that out

EDIT: I read the topic about the FPS, I guess it's supposed to be slow but my ROM takes verrry long time to get in and out of buildings. Also I can't seem to upgrade my super card firmware (also talked about it in topic: White Screen ROMs).

What type Supercard are you using? I experienced the same thing with my SCDS1 and it was due to the crappy Sandisk microSD card I was using. The speed on it topped out at 5. After I got a Kingston JPN, the speed was auto-set to 30 and the game plays normally now.

impallion ... maybe you should try using the DMA setting (a checkbox)?...

iunno. i read that miniSDs are pretty slow... maybe thats whats affecting the performance?..

that's not true. there are fast and slow miniSD cards.  it just depends
