I did some searching and was surprised to find that nothing was posted about this old project:

Basically it's a DS firmware mod that allows WPA security to be used on the DS.  Unfortunately the project looks old and dead.  What we need is a new version of flashme that incorporates this WPA mod.

According to Tepples at GBAdev, it's a hoax.  The binary is 200 kb, half of it being empty data.

I think it is a type of wifi security like WEP, IDK I am probably wrong thinking about it logically

I can't tell if you guys are being sarcastic or not...

WPA is way superior to WEP. I hate switching from WPA to WEP just to connect to my DS. I wish the DS could do WPA, as well as connect to G networks (even if its only at B speeds). Maybe in a future hardware upgrade...
