This is what i've done:
First download the emulator and uncompress it
Patch it with the corresponding DLDI patch
Copy snemul.dat file to the root of your card
Copy the roms in a SNES folder in the root of your card
Copy snemul.nds anywhere in your card
Start snemul.nds
Choose rom from the list and wait for it to load
Press Start
Play

Edit: Forgot to ask, for some games that are slow i activate full speed hacks, when i do this it goes too fast so i have to activate wait for vblank, with those options activated the speed is always 100% but the sound skips a little, anyone got this too?

Wait Vblank is supposed to limit it to 100%, so that's fine there.  Have you tried simply using Cycles or Interrupt instead of going immediately to Full?

In the v0.4 versions I would usually enable Wait Vblank by default and then adjust the speedhacks until I got up to 100%, but since the v0.5 alphas are slower, I usually have to leave it at No Vblank and try to keep it somewhere around 100% if possible.

Games i've tested:
Mega Man X v1.1: with default configurations, speed is around 130%, enabling wait for vblank it slows down to 98%~100%, enabling cycles or interrupt speedhacks locks the speed to 100%, but the sound skips a little.

Marvel Super Heroes - War Of The Gems: very glitched graphics, speed is fine for what i can tell.

Micro Machines: i haven't played much, but i think it's perfect. Wait vblank and cycles speedhacks.

Mortal Kombat 3: glitched graphics and sound, slowdowns and freezes while fighting.

Super Pang!: used wait vblank and cycles speedhacks, fullspeed and sound's almost perfect (some sounds cut while playing)

Super R-Type: again wait vblank and cycles speedhacks, perfect speed and sound

Super Turrican: wait vblank and interrupt speedhack, sometimes it slows down, but it's almost perfect, and sound's ok.

Super Turrican 2: glitches in title screen, i don't get any sound in game, and it's quite slow, even using full speed hacks.
