I really want to know more about this.  Are they banning when you connect to wi-fi alltogether or just when you try to trade a hacked pokemon.  Since the game's battles are friends only they shouldn't be allowed to ban the user for using hacked pokemon in a battle.  Most of my friends have AR and we do crazy legendary battles all of the time, but when we agree on it.  They really need to focus on the hackers in the random battle games.  You know, the games where the player has no idea if his oponent will hack or not.
In summary;
Banning for trading hacked pokemon-fine by me
Banning for battling with hacked pokemon-not okay

My feelings are - altering of any kind and playing online - banning is required.  Period.

That's me.

What about getting offline tracks online in MKDS?

Too bad they didn't bother doing that with Metroid...
My Music

Nearly all of my songs are made with Fruity Loops, except for one where I used Reason. I recommend looking at my ambient stuff, and staying away from old songs, which are pretty crappy.

Yeah,  it ruined gameplay. I ended up cheating myself to stand a chance and ultimately stopped playing online altogether.

After a few days I came up with this
cheaters to fair players
MPH 1:2 (amazing really, 33 percent cheated)
MKDS 1:14

Supercard DS One nonSDHC-2GB-Black DS Lite

I'm afriad to say cheating is why I don't play most online games, XBox live was cheat free usually but the unfair advantage on ping speeds against US Halo 2 players made it frustrating

Cheating = ban period, about time they did something to help at least a little bit their wifi service, MPH  and MKDS are pretty most unplayable right now, unless you play them with friends,  I hate cheaters...
SC CF + 1GB Kingston CF + flashed NDS = a whole lot of fun.

I agree that anyone who hacks their Pokemon to have ridiculous stats should be banned. But anyone who uses AR to catch certain Pokemon that are difficult to get, Mew, Deoxys etc. should not be banned. The same goes for people who don't realise they're getting AR Pokemon, people could trade them to like, 7 or 8 year old kids and they'll be banned for it. Not fair in that regard.

I'm not a Pokemon guy, but wouldn't using a code to get a difficult Pokemon be called, I don't know, cheating? :)

I don't know how this works but most likely Nintendo is banning people who have active AR codes while playing online. It would be the easiest and fairest way to do it. If I'm right that means you use a code to catch a pokemon, save your game, then reload with no code and your critter is still there you can probably still use him online.

Well by difficult Pokemon I meant the ones that you need to go to those Nintendo conventions to get, so I think obtaining them through other means shouldn't be a bannable offense. And I think that the Pokemon that are caught using AR have some form of different code than a regular one, and that's how people who get hacked ones through trading get banned. Don't know for certain, that's just my theory.
