I have seen that one, but no more about the feature.

Trying to find out what games I should use it on.

Does it speed up loading or gameplay, or the whole show.

It speeds up data rates from the SD card to the supercard, so games should load faster and video should skip less, stuff like that. But...I'm not sure it actually does much.
