I converted my supercard save to action replay format but whenever I insert my pokemon diamond cart into the action replay max duo, but it doesn't recognize the pokemon diamond cart (who knows why).

My question is: Does anyone have this problem and if you know how to fix this problem if it can be fixed? (I have been spending much time on trying to get this save on the cartridge and I'm at the point where I wish to throw the action replay max duo at the wall or something).
