problem with hotel dusk and pokemon doesnt load at all

so when ever a i tried to play any of these 2 games it goes to the loading screen and just keeps loading and doesn't do anything. i have the newest software and firmware any idea on this??

As this was someone elses problem tonight (dif games though), is your sd card formatted correctly to FAT(FAT16), not FAT32?

yeah it is FAT, but it still doesn't work
