I wonna know if theres any programs/editers etc from the supercard lite or something to use cheats on my roms so i can get pokemon/shinys items etc on pokemon diamond

Not on slot-2 Supercards, no.  Several slot-1 devices now have cheat functionality, while Nitro Hax works on purchased cartridges, but the only slot-2 one that works on roms is a specially modified version of Dipstar that only works on the M3.

well you could use a program to edit the rom - (i dont know where to find it now )

or

you could use Pokesav and Edit your SAVE file.

There are far more ways:
Save Editors
Trainers
Action Replay
NitroHAX
Dipstar
Hex Editors

There should be more, but then most of them are not so reliable...

That's just a way to add trainers to a rom.
