scc merge tool (called-> scc_merge.exe) is used to 'merge' .scc files together, hence.......

1.scc+2.scc=3.scc     so 3.scc contains everything in 1.scc and 2.scc.... so for example if 2.scc is the slowmo.scc then the resultant 3.scc will have the slowmo feature as well as all the cheats from 1.scc


don't ask questions.. just do it   it's easy



and note... of course you can just use the slowmo.scc on it's own, just direct the patcher software to slowmo.scc when enabling your cheats

Where do I get slomo.scc?

Download the Chinese firmware updates to get the *.cht and *.scc file, which will have a strange name like +-+.cht or something.  I know most of the tools are available from the English page, but I think the slowmotion cheat is still only available from the Chinese firmware downloads.
