SNEmulDS is the best IMO.

Depends on your device.  If you have a slot-2 device, first try SNEmulDS and SnezziDS, using SNES DS as a last resort if both fail.  If you have a slot-1 device, use SNEmulDS first and then try SNES DS if it doesn't work with your specific game.  There are instructions for SNES DS at http://wiki.pocketheaven.com/SNES_DS while SnezziDS is very easy to figure out and SNEmulDS comes with installation info in its README file.

Basically, SNES emulation on the DS isn't perfect.  Try each game you wish to use in all three to see which one is the most playable.
