OK... I have 2 of the Supercard CF versions and they work great with the GB Micro and GBA SP2.

My question is... I read that some people say the Supercard SD does and doesn't work with them. WHAT is the official story. Does it work or not.

I ask because I wanted to order the SD version from Hopebuy and wanted to make sure it works on both the Micro and SP2.

Please give me a clear cut thumbs up or down... or just stick to my CF versions.

Reaperman93010

the way I heard it it was some of the CF units that didn't work with the micro or DS--but not the whole of them.

I have a micro/SD combo that works fine, and I can't say I've ever heard of a problem with the combo.

Actually its CF versrions manufactured before a certain date that are said not to work with the Micro. They say that all makes of the SuperCard SD will work just fine.

So then it is safe bet to go ahead and get a new Supercard SD for my GB Micro and SP2 from Hopebuy. Should work with no problems then in that combo... right?

SD works with my famicom micro and zelda gba sp. No issues so far.

Thanks all. Looks like I'll get the Supercard SD

and one of the Superpass... just for when I get another DS.

I have a black GBA micro.  absolutely no issues with my SC SD and a 256MB SD card.

Good to hear that the Supercard SD works with the Micro/SP2. Thanks for re-confirming my decision to upgrade from the CF version.

One last question. This might be for people that have both the CF and SD versions. Does the SD version stick out that much less than the CF + Card? Or are the about the same?

I say go ahead and buy it. I have been one of the only one who has had issues with the supercard sd and gb micro (just doesn't work no matter what I try). I bought both at launch. The price of being an early bird I quess. I now use the m3 to play my gba games on the micro, It's bigger, but there is zero slowdown and so far every title I threw at it worked flawlessly. My supercard  works fantastic for ds games and saves better than the m3.  :D
