SuperCard DSONE / Launcher with Game Covers?

I checked the source and it seems like the site they mentioned from the article is a prank site. Even though the 3DS has probably been plausibly swiped from the production line, doubt anyone can crack it this early.

I bought the DSTwo in the end, very pleased with it indeed.
And also this week go another DS!!! (DS Lite) And that came with an R4 so I'm well sorted now

Yes, the unique ID is in the DS itself. In general, I believe, most DS games titles are exactly the same. However some Pokemon games might have something special like a unique ID embedded inside each cartridge used for authentication and signing game saves. I don't know for sure how Pokemon sharing is protected, or if there is a workaround.

Anyway, I started a Pokemon Diamond game on my CycloDS Evolution and sent a few of my Pokemon to the Pokemon Ranch on my Wii, I haven't connected to the GTS yet to get a friend code. Pokemon Ranch is quite clear that you can only transfer the Pokemon back if its both the same cartridge AND the same save.
What I want to know is, is there really something unique with each online DS game that makes it generate a unique friend code, or is every cartridge exactly 100% the same thing and it just hashes something against a unique ID in the DS itself to generate friend codes or other such identifiers?
If I were to write this save file to an actual Pokemon Diamond DS Cartridge would Pokemon Ranch be able to tell its a different game/save or no? What about if I had gotten a friend code on my CycloDS Evolution, will my fiend code still be intact if I wrote that save to a real Pokemon Diamond cartridge?

Last post by tennisgy - January 05, 2011, 08:28:45 PMI have a SCDS1 SDHC version 3 w/ 2GB Sandisk. I was playing a game and it froze so I rebooted my DS and now it either doesn't start at all (loads up to the N for the Nintendo DS logo) or the card isn't even recognized.
I only got it two days ago. . .
I already formatted my card in both Fat16 and 32 and neither worked obviously.

Happy New Year! I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "card readers". I guess you mean slot1 and slot2 are not working? I don't have experience with that sort of problem so I'm not sure I can fix it. I will take a look if you like. As far as your other DS Lite with the power problem, I can probably fix it. You have PM.
