I have a lot of schoolwork on there that I REALLY need badly, and here is the situation.

I plug my reader in and it pops up as a "removable device" , then I stick my MiniSD in there and it does the autoplay thing, so my comp is recognizing it.  However, I click on Drive G: and it says to insert something into drive G:
any suggestions? much appreciated  :razz:

I had this problem once, but i rebooted pc and all was good again. I am sure you tried that already but if not, give it a whirl.

Thanks onekelly, but all i needed to do was too put another layer of tape on...it looks really bulky to say the least

You could always try a different USB port
