On all games I try that host Download-Play matches, whenever someone joins by downloading, the game freezes and they get d/ced.

This happens on all games i have tried:

new super mario world
kirby squeak squad
diddy kong racing

How to fix?

Yeah most Download-Play games will not work unless all of the DS playing have their firmware flashed with flashme. If all of the DS's are flashed then most games will work.

But I am using signed code from Nintendo...and it downloads sucessfully, its just that it freezes after downloading when it begins hosting...idk why

When you patch a DS game, the RSA signature usually gets broken.  Some games will work fine from slot-2, but most will not.

It downloads AND executes fine, however the clients loose connection to the host. Please READ and understand my post before posting.

I think it's YOU that needs to READ and understand SuperGeek. In fact you also need to be more descriptive (and patient) when asking people for help because we are not mind readers. What kind of Supercard are you using?

It's typical for Download Play to fail when using a flash cards like Supercard to play DS game ROMs.  The games will download to the client fine but then crash because the RSA signature is broken. You can resolve this issue by flashing your DS's as I mentioned above. Most games will Download Play fine after the DS's are flashed because the RSA signature check is bypassed by flashme.
