I am finding that some homebrew does not save properly via QPC or the save is not loading.

Since my EFA_linker 512mb died(piece o crap only 2 years old) I have been trying to play AGB_rogue and AGB_hack on my GBA using my supercard. Problem is they will not patch, and I can not QPC save either. It appears to save, but when I restart the game, it does not load, even with the autoload save option checked.

Anyone else experienced this?

try booting the ds in gba mode and then saving

I am using a GBA, not an NDS. (I have already tried what you suggested for nds and it did not work either)
